Strawberry Basil Blast:
8 fresh basil leaves – scrunch to release flavor. Combine with 3 cups of halved strawberries and muddle gently in water. Top with ice and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to let flavors infuse. (Makes about 2 quarts)
Spiced Water Cooler:
Stir together 2 thinly sliced cucumbers, add the juice of half a lime, and two seeded and sliced jalapeno peppers with water and ice. (Makes 2 quarts)
Stir together 5 cored and sliced pears and 10 thin slices of fresh ginger with water (makes 2 quarts)
Rosemary Watermelon Refresher:
Roughly chop four rosemary sprigs to release their flavor and combine them with 6 cups of watermelon chunks with water (makes 2 quarts)
Scrunch or roughly chop six mint or cilantro sprigs to release their flavor and combine with 3 cups of cubed mango and two thinly sliced limes. Gently muddle and add water. (Makes about 2 quarts)

Combine 2 cups of halved grapes, three thinly sliced blood oranges and two cored and sliced apples. Gently muddle and add water. (Makes about 2 quarts)
Hot Apple Pie Tea
This hot drink is perfect for one: Place ¼ of an apple sliced and add ½ a cinnamon stick to a teacup or travel mug. Pour boiling water over the cinnamon stick and apple slices and let steep for at least 3-5 minutes. Wait at least 2-4 minutes or until cool to drink.
Blueberry Lavender Water:
Combine ½ pint of blueberries and a handful of edible lavender flowers to taste along with 64 ounces of water. Cover and chill for a few hours before drinking. Strain, then add ice and pour into glasses to serve.
