We ship your order within 48 hours Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm EST. The exceptions are weekends and U.S. holidays.
We use USPS and 1st class mail to send your order as quickly as possible.
- Orders within the U.S. take between 3 – 5 days
- Orders to Canada take 7-21 days depending on the region
- International orders take 7-21 days depending on the country
Unfortunately if an order gets held up in customs, we can’t control that – we wish we could.
We want you to be a happy customer. We guarantee a prompt refund if your request is within the allocated money back guarantee period (30 or 60 days depending on the product). Just email us at email@example.com with your email address and order number and we’ll refund you immediately on any digital product.
If you’ve purchased a physical product and want a refund, rest assured that once you return the physical product to us in good unused condition, we’ll immediately refund you within the specific guarantee period. Refunds usually take 3-5 business days to be processed via credit card processing.
If you’ve purchased an e-course or membership and you want to cancel, please understand that we will refund your subscription and you will not be able to access the e-course.
We don’t recommend you request a chargeback with your credit card company or lodge a complaint with PayPal as this will only aggravate you, and our hard working Daily Superfood Love support staff won’t be able to quickly process your refund.
